What does it cost to take payments on WAVEY, and who takes a cut?
Fees are low and shown clearly at checkout, across tickets, shop, and bookings alike, and paid plans lower them. Stripe's own processing fee is separate, since payments run through your own connected Stripe account and Stripe is the one actually moving the money. For event tickets, the fee is shown to the buyer as a Fees line at checkout by default, and you can choose to absorb it. Full details are in our Terms of Service, section 8 (Fees).

What is the free-tier fee?

Does the fee go down if I subscribe?
Yes. Velocity and Empire lower the platform fee. Full details are in our Terms of Service, section 8 (Fees).
Is Stripe's fee separate from WAVEY's fee?
Yes. Stripe charges its own standard processing fee on top, since your money moves through your own connected Stripe account.
Are affiliate payouts charged a fee?
No. Affiliate payouts carry no platform fee.
